We R Expats Property Management BV will guarantee to return 100% of your deposit within 14 days if the property is returned in an acceptable condition and touch ups to the property are deemed to be lower than Euro 500 by our “in house” team of contractors. Any repairs/ works deemed over 500 Euro will be discussed with the tenant and a reasonable deduction will be made from the deposit. Not including the first 500 Euro worth of works.
- We R online! Whilst we will of course meet you in person, all our paperwork is automated. Once you have found your ideal rental property, a contract can be issued immediately through our online portal. (subject to references and acceptance by the landlord).
